Join Heather and Tracy in the beautiful Cascade mountains as we gather in the company of the trees and the mountains and the deer and the elk and each other to wonder and heal and laugh and cry and settle and digest and dance and rest and just be together. We have so much to catch up on!

We will have our usual offerings of yoga, meals, music, and sharing.

You can expect to find simple, wholesome food, nourishing yoga, relaxing hot tub time, laughter infused company, walks in nature and quiet reflection in the rejuvenating ambiance at the Grand Fir Lodge.

What to know before you decide to commit to this trip:
This is a community run eco-resort and is in total alignment with yogic values. The staff are primarily locals and are amazing, generous and loving. Costa Dulce seeks guests who understand that the staff is part of the experience, not separate from.
The property is built with minimal impact on nature which means we are on a hillside with many stairs. Some structures are built around the trees and energy power is largely solar and wind. We are on a private beach about 100 steps down from the heart of the retreat center, some of our rooms/cabins are further away.
The yoga platform that accommodates our large group best is a bit of a walk and overlooks the ocean. There are many opportunities to get your steps in  : )
We are in the jungle and howler monkeys often swing by, you may even be serenaded by one or two in the early mornings. There are dolphins, whales, turtles, crabs and many amazing birds, not to mention sloths on the jungle hike. There are some insects but everything is pristinely cleaned. Basically it's wild here and requires us to navigate many stairs per day.

Additional Travel Info:
Folks will be responsible for arranging their own transport from the airport of your choice (Managua, Nicaragua or Liberia, Costa Rica) to Costa Dulce. Transport costs will be added to your personal invoice for incidentals while at the retreat center and will be paid to Costa Dulce at the end of your stay.
